Homestead Winery is the oldest continuously operating winery in the Red River Valley. In 1983, the vineyard at Ivanhoe was established, replacing traditional wheat and corn with grapevines. The sandy soil of Ivanhoe proves to be an excellent environment for cultivating the renowned Cabernet Sauvignon grape.
